Wednesday July 11, 2010 - Body in motion..

I am having a great day so far with my eating and moving my body.  I got up this morning and got hubby off to work and then I had breakfast and did a little house work.  I did not go back to bed for my extra 30 minutes, so I figure that is a good start.  I did stretch before I got out of bed though and stretched my feet and that helped when I first got up. 

I went swimming at lunch today at the Health Plex and I got to swim for 30 minutes.  I swam laps the whole time and it felt great when I got out.  I got in the steam room for about 5 minutes and then took the cold plunge to cool down.  I feel great this afternoon and energized.   I am going home tonight and do at least 15 minutes of kettle ball and try and keep moving. 

I have sworn off TV after 7:00 PM so I plan on working out and then relaxing with a hot bath and a magazine for a little while.  I am hoping this will help me sleep better.  Also today so far I have had no diet coke and I still have my finger nails believe it or not.
