Okay today was my meeting day and weigh in day. I lost .02 lbs this week, and I was okay with that since I had a really bad week. But I have been tracking this week and keeping up with all my points. I am doing great with my exercise also due to all the swimming I have been getting in on my lunch hour. I am earning 4 activity points a day so far. I am trying hard to not use my weekly extra points with Weight Watchers and so far this week I have done pretty good. I have only used 6 of them since Monday.
I have updated my weight loss badge and I will keep it updated every week. I am going to post a new profile picture this weekend and try and post a monthly picture.
