Well I had a great 4th of July and did pretty good on my eating.  I love the fact that watermelon is in season here and they are so good.  I keep on cut up on the frig so that I can just go and get me a bowl when I am craving something.  This is helping with my sweet tooth also.

This morning was weigh-in and I weighed 277.2 so I am down 3.8 lbs from last week.  I have set my first goal at 269 lbs.  I am taking it a few pounds at a time. 

Swimming has been good for me and it helps with my heel problems.  I brought a large noodle at Bass Pro shop yesterday and I ride it like a horse.  It is good exercise for my legs and arms and wears me out.  My pool at home is only 20' across, but I still swim back and forth for at least 30 min to an hour.  I love it and I swim at lunch at the local Health Plex.
