Thursday March 22, 2012 - Exercise and more exercise..

Well I am enjoying working out with my personal trainer and it is helping.  He has me working with weights and warming up on the treadmill.  I am going to invest in 20 more sessions with him and see how I do.   

I am back on just water again and it is going pretty good.  I can drink it by the gallons if it is really cold and since it has been so hot I am drinking a lot.  I am still doing portion control on my food and so far so good.  I will be posting a picture on Monday of me in my workout outfit that I brought so everyone can see how I am doing. 

Short post today, busy day at work.

A good weight loss diet plan is all you need for a healthy life. Congrats' all for loosing weight, and remember, dieting should be enjoy and not forced!
