Monday January 23, 2012 - Great weekend and back on track.

Yes I had a great weekend with my eating and staying on track.  I also got in some walking yesterday before I went home from Deer camp.  Today has been great so far and I brought all my snacks with me today so that I would not get into the cookies at work.  I had a 210 calorie breakfast sandwich from Kroger which even though it was microwaved it was pretty good.   I am terrible on breakfast since it has to be something that I can eat on the way to work.  Tomorrow I am going to to do peanut butter and toast to break up the breakfast sandwich thing. 

I downloaded an app for my phone that I really like to keep up with what I eat and how many calories.  It even keeps up with my weight and a food journal.  I also am keeping a hand written food journal for when I can not get a signal on my phone. 

I am going to start over on my Wii tonight and take a picture of my weight and post it on my blog tomorrow.  So be looking for my new beginning weight.  I am going to weigh in on each Monday night on my Wii and post it on my blog. 

Well I am going to go and read some blogs.. Have a nice afternoon.

Sounds like your doing great. The hubby and I use the Wii on Saturdays to weigh in.
