Okay, I am back in my groove with the old WW plan and it seems to be easier for me. I guess I need a more rigid plan than the new Points Plus. I weighed in yesterday at 246.4 which means that I have gained back almost 20 lbs since the new program started. So I started over yesterday and it means that I have only lost 40 lbs since I started this journey a year ago, but that is okay. Time to see if I can get with it again and lose another 40 lbs in the next year. I know this is a slow way to do this, but I am hoping to keep it off. I am back on water only and I can tell the difference already it the way I feel.
I am going to just be a turtle with my weight loss for a while and see if I can stick with the old program like I did before. It work for me before they changed it so lets hope it works again.
It has been raining here for the last few days every afternoon so I have not got to swim, but today so far it is pretty so I am hoping to get in the pool this afternoon.
Have a great day and let me here so feed back on my post, or finger shaking for being so bad these last few months.

You may think you have worked hard for nothing, but you have learned a lot. I am glad you are back on the old plan. It worked well for you, and it seems you never became comfortable with the new plan. Stay strong, you are doing great!
Debbie,
I applaud you for starting over with Weight Watchers. Your strategy to take your weight loss slow is the best way. Think of your weight loss as a never ending journey. You may have a few flat tires a long the way. But you will reach your desired weight if you continue to drink water and unsweetened tea and following the Weight Watcher program.
You want to also continue your swimming on a regular basis.
Good luck. I know you can do it.
