Sunday 0-17-2011 Wonderful Spring Morning....

It is so nice outside this morning and I am the only one up at deer camp this morning.  I guess it comes from being the only one who does not drink.  All they guys built a big fire last night and really tied one on so to speak.  I never have cared for drinking and really I don't guess every really tried it.  I do not mind being around it like last night when they have a big fire going and as long as no one is drinking and driving it is okay.    I did great on my eating yesterday even though I had a chocolate attack from hell.  I got over it though last night when I found one last WW fudge bar in the freezer.  That gave me my chocolate taste and I was over it and ready for bed.  

Supper last night was BBQ sandwiches on lite whole wheat buns.  I cooked the roast in the crock pot for about 6 hours and it was so tender.  I let everyone add their own BBQ sauce though so that I could control how much was on mine.  My friend made potatoes to go with them so I had to have just a spoonful to go with my sandwich because they had a lot of butter in them.   Overall though it was a great supper and it was fun to see some of the deer camp bunch again. 

I am getting ready to fix breakfast this morning and then I am headed home and to Walmart.  I am going to get me a 5 lb or 7 lb kettle ball this morning at Walmart.  My goal is to lose 3 lbs this week and exercise is a must if this is going to happen.   I will have all my stuff back in my exercise room today and I am looking forward to using my Wii again.  I debated on taking one of the small chairs home to put in my exercise room so I could watch TV if I wanted to see something that Hubby did not want to watch.   I have changed my mind about this though because that would defeat the purpose of having an exercise room and I might use that as an excuse not to exercise.  So no chair for the exercise room, but I am looking for a large mirror to go in it.  I will be posting pictures of how it turned out on tomorrows post so look for them.

Glad you had a good evening yesterday, Debbie. I'm not much of a drinker either but Dail is always is a more pleasant mood after working all day if he can have a beer every once in a while.:)

I'm an occasional drinker...very occasional, anymore one glass of wine gives me a headache!

I'm the same way...If I drink its very rare. Honestly, it just makes me sleepy which isn't much fun when I want to stay out for the night. One drink and my face gets flushed and I want to curl up in a corner and sleep. So I tend to avoid it all together. I can't wait to see photos of this room we keep hearing about. I bet its beautiful!

Good plan....My exercise room has a lot going on...desk & office stuff, craft stuff, books, tv & radio. Hard to keep focused!!!
