Day 25 - Working on my exercise schedule..

Well you would think with a treadmill in house and a wii that I would try and exercise every night, but it has not happen so far.  I think the stress of the changes at work has got me all screwed up and tired when I get home.  I was so tired when I got home yesterday that I just cooked supper and took my bath and went to bed.  My energy level is nothing, not an ounce of energy do I have.    I keep hoping that when things settle down at work that I can get some kind of schedule going with the exercise so that my weight loss will pickup from just a 1 lb a week.

I am staying on track with my food and staying within my points pretty good.  I have started taking some vitamin  D and a calcium supplement so I should start feeling better.  I am loving all the fruit on this new program and will be glad when watermelons come in season again.  I can still buy some at Walmart, but I have to pay dearly for it.

We leave on our cruise on the 17th day of February and I am looking so forward to this trip.  We have a room with a balcony so that we can walk out and see the ocean.  It is going to be so much fun and I hope hubby has a good time.  We are going to Cozumel, Mexico and it is suppose to be warm there.

Okay I know I am rambling on about nothing.  Here is yesterdays food journal.  Have a nice day..

I'm eating a fair bit of fruit and veggies lately - it's really helping out with my sugar cravings. Cheers, Rick

Have fun on your cruise. Is getting up and excising before work an option? I always do better in the morning before the stress of the day gets me down.

Stress has such a big affect on our bodies! Take care of yourself and workout when ever you can fit it in.

When I'm busy and stressed, I try to remember that "any" body movement helps. Climbing stairs, carrying groceries, vacuuming, walking the dog, parking away from the front door. Just do whatever you have to do to get through it.

BTW, I have moved and changed my blog name. I am at:

It may not be showing up in your reader.

All the best,
Jo

You will both have the time of your life! I have a tread mill, hate it, would rather get my walk outside in the freezing cold...whats with that?

I hear you on the 1 LB weight loss, I'm hoping to bump that up here in the next few weeks!

So jealous of the cruise! Have a fantastic time!
