Wednesday 12/15/10 Time to step on the scales again.

Wow this day comes around fast and I am about to starve right now.  This is the first time I have been this hungry in a long time.  I am stuck with out a way to go and get lunch for a while so my body is use to eating at a certain time and it is saying what the hell where is my food.  It is so funny how our bodies get use to eating at a certain time and they are ready for it.  I am eating out again today so I have my little dinning out book and I am trying to decide what I want that will stay within my points and keep the scale down tonight. 

I look forward to my WW meetings every week and I enjoy the conversation with all the other members.  I can usually pick up a new recipe or an idea for a new snack that is low in points.  We have had several members that have lost a lot of weight and are doing great. 

People I have a wonderful mother by the way.  Let me tell you what she gave us girls for Christmas this year.  $5000.00..  Can you believe it..  I can really use it this time of year and with my job so crazy right now it was a relief.  I put mine in the bank and I am going to sit on it for a while until I see which way my job is going to go. 

Well here is yesterdays food journal and I am going to try and catch up on some posts this weekend.  I still have a couple of presents to buy..
