Okay, I had my doubts at first and I was worried about starting a new program when I was doing so good on the old one. I am loving all the zero point fruits and veggies and on my scales I am down 3 lbs this week so I hope to be down 4 when I weigh Wednesday night. Everyone is going to think I am crazy, but I wear the same thing every Wednesday night to weigh in. I am going to get me some jogging pants though or something a little warmer to wear. The capri suit that I am wearing is great, but it is going to be cold as hell when I get out of the meeting. Hey I can take my coat that will now zip up..
I finished off the last of the white chili today for lunch. It is a little high in points, but so good when it is cold. Supper tonight is going to be tacos for me and tostada's for hubby. He likes his shells fried with beans and meat, and I am just going to have a couple of tacos. I am going to make them with Turkey tonight though instead of beef. I miss not having any ground deer meat for my tacos, so we are going to take our meat that we have so far the the processors.
I am going home tonight and put on a load of clothes and get on the treadmill before I cook supper. After supper I am going to play with the wii for 30 min or so and get in a little exercise. Here is yesterdays food journal and I hope everyone has a nice day..
