I weighed in for Allan's challenge and I weight 240.8 lbs this morning and I am hoping to weight on Wed night at least one lb less than that so I will be in the 230's. I am so excited to be getting this close to being 200 that I could dance. I know I still have 40 lbs to go, but I am a lot closer than I was a few months ago. Every pound brings me that much closer to 200 and also brings me that much closer to my 60 lb goal by Christmas.
Lunch today was a challenge, due to the fact that I did not have anything at deer camp to bring. I got lucky and one of the guys here had brought some White Chicken Chili. I looked up the nutrition value and 1-1/3 cup only has 6 points so I was okay for today. It calls for you to add corn chips, but I just ate the chili and it was enough. I had a sugar free jello for desert and water to drink so I am working toward the 64 ounces of water that I am suppose to have each day on Allan's challenge.
I hope everyone had a great weekend and stayed on course. Let me know how the weekend went for some of you. Also check out the blog on Physical Fitness that my nephew Blake has started he needs all the followers he can get. Physical Fitness Online. It is a pretty good blog and he touches on counting calories today for those of you who count calories.
Here is yesterdays food journal..

YAY! so glad ou took up the challenge! Rock on.
Hey...fingers... butt... its all going to come off! Even though, butt first would be nice! teehee
:)
Had to resize ALL my rings too. Not cheap either. Wait til you see your shoes size change, now that's weird!
Good luck on the challenge :D Sounds like it is a really solid plan. So fun to do it with others. Getting thin from the fingers down! My rings have been getting a lot looser as well.
I wish I could lose weight in my fingers!
Ahhh, I've got fatty fingers. Can't wait to get rid of them. Congratulations on that! And great job on today with the points. Whenever I realize that I don't have any viable options for lunch or dinner, I have a small panic attack, lol. So I commend you for doing so well, despite the difficulty!
I've lost weight in my fingers & feet. I've got stubby fingers so it's pretty easy to notice. LOL. I've never heard of white chicken chili. Gonna have to check it out.
Having rings and clothing fall off can be annoying or expensive, but we quickly realize that it's more of an awesome thing because it means the weight is falling off as well! Keep up the great work, your Xmas goal is going to happen! I have a stud in my nose and since I've lost weight the jewelery is not staying put either.... who would have thought that we loose weight on our nose too! Weird!
Sounds like you are still doing well!! Thanks for reminding me that any weight lost is a GOOD thing. Keep up the good work!
I am following your nephews blog...good info in there! :) ( following it with my other persona...the food blog one...stickybuns) This one is my weight loss one! :)
When I gained weight, I couldn't wear my wedding ring for a long time, so I broke down and had it resized to a bigger size..and now? a bit loose...but my neighbor and fellow WW friend gave me some bands that help keep it in place...I guess if you are going to outgrow your rings..better bigger than too small, right?
Looks like your doing great on your weight loss! If you need any help with excercise, dieting info, nutrition etc. just let me know.
