Monday 10-04-10 My goals for the week.

I am inspired by the work out goals that everyone is setting for the week, so here is mine.

1.  Wii at least 3 nights this week for 30 min.
2.  Walk on treadmill 3 times this week for 30 min.
3.  Ride Merlin (my bike) at least 3 miles 2 days this weekend.

Not much of  a list I know, but with working 10 hour days and the drive to work this will have to do.    I have not gotten much exercise in except for riding Merlin Sunday at all.  Some of you are doing so great with your exercise, that I am ashamed that I have done so little.    The one thing I did do this weekend is fight off the binge monster.  I wanted to so bad Saturday,  but I did not.

My new product for this week was a Bocca chicken patty that was meatless.  I was skeptical until I tried it and it was great. Taste just like a fried chicken pattie, only it had 3 points for the whole thing.  Something different for lunch besides lunch meat.

I am expecting to reach my 40 lb loss mark this week though.  On my scales I have it by 3 points, but you never know with the scales at Weight Watchers.  We will see Wednesday.  Have a great day and here is yesterday's food journal.

40 lbs? Woohoo!

Don't look at what other people are doing and compare yourself...I'd be exhausted if I worked 10 hour days like you.

It looks like plenty of exercise to me, and it is definitely working for you! If your plan fits with the rest of your busy life, then go for it!

PS THat 4 oz ribeye sounds good.

Your workout list looks like a lot to me. That and a busy work schedule is going to take up a lot of time. Good job with your battle agains the binge monster. He never gives up though. As long as we can win most of the battles will win the war. I've been a big chicken about trying the Bocca products. Maybe I will have to give it a try. Hope you have a great week.

I love some of the vegetarian "chicken" strips and nuggets, even the hubs and the kids like them :)
I know you'll do well with your goals.

Gotta say, that sounds like plenty of exercise to me too...besides which, it's the intensity of your exercise that truly matters. As long as you know you're pushing yourself, it's all good.

I love those meat-free "chicken" patties. They used to have them at the dining hall where I went to college - they didn't have them laying out, you had to ask for them special, but that was great because they were always hot and fresh. I would cut it up and eat it in a salad!

P.S. Thanks for the award! :) I will post it to my blog on Friday.
