Another weigh in come and gone, and I am down 2 more lbs. I am so excited and I could hardly believe it with making the trip to Atlanta and all. Weight Watchers is working out great for me and I am eating great. I have several new recipes that I am going to try this week, and I hope to take pictures and post them. I want hubby to get me a new camera that I can carry in my purse. I have a nice camera, but it is kind of big and bulky. I am also looking forward to riding Merlin this weekend and just getting outside some.
Writing down everything I eat has become come such a habit that I do it most of the time without even thinking about it. I carry my journal with me where ever I go and as soon as I eat I write it down. Allan pointed out to me on a post that I have changed my eating and I went back and looked at some older posts and food journals and he is right. I am eating healthier and we are eating less red meat and more fish and chicken. We are having fish cooked in a grill basket tonight. I am going to spray them with Olive oil spray and put some Mrs Dash on them. I will fix a salad and we have supper. Hubby is happy with any kind of fish so I am okay.
I am going to make this a short post today, so here is yesterday's food journal. I am off this weekend and I am going to read posts and ride Merlin all weekend. Thanks everyone for the comments on my blog...
