Happy Scales

Well my scales are going down, down, down.  I am down to 278 as of this morning.  I have got my exercise room all cleaned out again and I am starting to use my wii again.  I seem to have a lot more entergy when I exercise or walk.  My friend Lorie and I are going to do a 5K called The Legal Beagle.   I am so excited we are going to try and do a couple a month.  We have another one lined up called the St. Paddy's 5K and it is down town.   We are trying to walk some everyday getting ready for it.  I am so excited.... 

My scales are smiling at me lately.  I am staying within my point range and logging on to WW and entering all my food.  I think it is true that if you write down all you eat you do better.  I was wondering if anyone else out there writes down what they eat everyday.  I would like to know and maybe see some of the food journals that are out there.  I keep mine online and it works good for me, I just have to remember to log in and post it.  I also carry a small note book with me to jot everything down in during the day. 

I am going to take pictures and start a journal of my exercise also.  I will start with our 5K walk in the Legal Beagle.   Here again if anyone keeps an exercise journal let me know and give me some ideas on how to set it up.
