New day and a new start.

It has been a long time since I posted on my blog and it is time I got back to it.  I have lost 39 lbs and keep it off so far.  I have a long way to go though and a lot of work to do.  I am exercising regularly these days.  I work with a trainer two days a week and take a Pilates Reformer class one day a week.  I hope to up this to working out 4 days a week. 

I have done really well these last few months, but I stray off track once in a while and this hurts me when I go to weigh in each week.  I am still on Weight Watchers and I like it pretty good.   I am going to start a new day with a new outlook and try harder.  So I decided to start blogging again to be able to bounce my day off of other people.

I have come to realize that this has to become a way of life for me or it is not going to work.  So keep your fingers crossed and oh yes toes crossed would help.
