Thursday May 30, 2013 - Getting my groove on.

I am doing great on my tracking this week and I am trying not to use my extra weekly points this week and see how I do.  I only lost .2 lbs this week, but I will take it cause any loss is better than no loss at all.  

I have also purchased the Weight Watcher Active link and I wear it on my bra.  It tells me how much I have moved all day.  I try and get at least 4 activity points a day, but this last week has not been so good.  I am going to try and stay up in the morning and do some exercise instead of going back to bed.  My hubby has to leave at 4:45 and I do not have to leave until 7:00 so I can sleep another hour and half before I have to get up and go to work.  It is hard not to go back to bed cause I am such a bad sleeper.  It is hard for me to go back to sleep and I tend to wake up easy.

I have been using Business Phone Service from Telcan. I believe they provide business phone system.

Debbie - how are the goals coming along? Have you heard of www.fitible.com? It tracks your progress and keep the workouts interesting.. good luck :)
