Wednesday April, 10th 2013. Doing some soul searching.

I have done pretty good today with my eating so far.  I am still not staying within my points allowance so I set down and I have gone over what I am eating and made some major changes.  The first thing is I have cut out all artificial sweeteners and today was all water except for the milk I had for breakfast this morning.

I am going to stay within my points and not use my extra points.  I am just plodding along and it is time to get with the program.  I am going in to weight tomorrow and face the music so to speak.  I am up at least 3 lbs. this week.  Stupid, stupid to let food control me like this.  I have to learn to eat to live not live to eat.  Food has always been my safety net, when I am upset or angry or sad.  Well it is time that I get a new safety net.  Wish me luck.

I will post my  weight in.  Have a great night.

I'm in the same boat. Food creeps in and takes control. I have to fight back and take control. You can do this!

It takes a lot of work, but it's so worth it! You CAN do it!

Motivation and commitment to your goals is crucial in fitness and weight loss. I have found a powerful way to help with this. Two months ago I have tried Navy Seal Formula - a dietary supplement manufactured by Military Grade. I have noticed an overall energy and motivational increase that surpasses any expectations I had of this product. Luckily it is now available at amazon (h t t p: //amzn.to/Y0uraF). I feel much more energy when i workout and even after. This product really works for me.
