January 8, 2013 - Great day of tracking.

I have had a great day with tracking my food, but not a good day for exercise.  I am trying to get back in the routine of going swimming or walking everyday on my lunch hour.  The problem is that I am having to play catch up at work from being off for the holidays.  I need to exercise for several reasons, number one being that it is good for my health.   I am working late to try and catch up this week.  

I have done good with my tracking this week and I am staying within my points.  I really like being able to have all the fresh fruit for zero points.

Your getting this. Tracking is the first step and you WILL regulate and get into the routine of exercise! You have this!!!
