July 3rd, Blogging again....

I have missed blogging and I am going to make an all out effort to start blogging on a regular basis again.  I now have Internet at home and should be able to get a blog in on the weekend.  My weight was back up to 281 last week, but I have started a new plan with a new attitude and I hope it helps.

I do not know what made me gain my weight back, but I know it has to come off again and stay off this time.  My heels hurt when I walk so I am swimming everyday now.  I swim at lunch at our local Health plex and when I get home in the afternoons, so maybe this will pay off.

I am doing Weight Watchers online since I seem to do best when I am on that program.  I chose online because of the time thing so wish me luck.

I will post a longer post this weekend and maybe some new pics.

Hi Debbie,
Agree with you as swimming is the best cardio exercise if your heel or ankle hurts. Swimming burn fats and helps in losing weight. Swimming makes heart and lungs strong.
