Tuesday December 27, 2011 - Ready for the New Year.

I am honestly trying to get back in the groove of posting everyday.  It is hard when you do not have internet at home and I have to do it at work.  I am going to try and make time at lunch to post my food journal and work on my blog before I go back to work.  I had a great last couple of weigh-in's at WW and I have lost 5 lbs in the last two weeks.  Well that is until I ate like a crazy person this weekend.  We went to our son's house on Saturday night and my daughter in-law had a great supper cook and then we went to my mothers house on Sunday night and there was all kinds of food there.   I have gained 3lbs this week and it is my own fault.

We are getting a new instructor at WW after the first of the year and I do not know if I am going to like it or not.   I am so use to Mary and she is so funny and has a great personality and all.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas and I will post my food journal tomorrow and try and get at least a short post in everyday.

Happy New Year...

Debbie,
Happy New Year to you also! This is going to be the beginning of new challenges for me as I try harder to stay healthy. Hope you and your family had a blessed Christmas.

Not having internet at home and having a blog is a bit of a challenge but good for you for sticking with it as best as you can.
I cannot express how thankful I am for my family, my boyfriend, and our health this Christmas and Holidays but I am ready for the holiday feasts to just go away. I've gained 1.4 so far during the holidays. I just want normalcy back!

I just found you, I do WW as well, I am now following you can you please check out my blog as well and follow if you feel like it. Thanks and look forward to your blog posts. Good luck with your weigh-in and the new leader!

Happy new years! (A few days early).

You may have gained 3 pounds the last few days..but you are still down overall for the last few weeks! Positive thoughts! :-)

Good luck with the new Weight Watcher leader!

It feels good to be back on track! I hope you enjoy your new leader - sometimes changes are enjoyable until we get used to them, and then they're better than what we thought was the best!

Happy New Year! Your new WW leader may take some getting used to, but maybe that's a good thing - mixing up routines can help sometimes!
