Sorry that I have been gone so long, and I promise to start posting everyday for a while. It should get easier with us starting to go back to deer camp for the season and I can get online there at night. I have had a lot going on with painting my house and trying to get everything put back in place. I still do not have everything back on the walls, but I am working on it.
Now as for my eating it has been totally out of control for the last month. I quite going to Weight Watchers due to having so much going on at home. I went back last week and started over and here again I am not going to get to go tonight to weigh in. We are trying to get ready to go out of town and I have 100 things to do before I go and I have to work late tonight. I am however been back on track this last week and hope to stay that weight and start posting my food journal again. Being honest I have gained back 20 lbs in the last 6 weeks and I realize now that I have a problem with food. I love it to much and when I am busy and tired I tend to over eat way to much. I catch myself snacking for no reason when I am tired or stressed out. I am trying to get all of this back under control before I gain to much of my weight back. The funny thing is that the one thing that stresses me out the most is my weight and I am the one that can control this.
I have started to walk again, and this is hard since I have bruised my foot. I do not know how I did this only that I worked painting one day all day bare foot and the next day my foot started to hurt. Now I can only wear my crocks and they are camo colored so you can imagine what they look like to wear to work.
I have enjoyed my pool this year and I have to go home tonight and get the leaves out of it. I will shut it down the first week of September due to us being gone all weekend. Well I have to get back to work and I will post again tomorrow to get in the habit again. Have a great day.

I have missed you! Please get the weight back off before you get used to carrying it. I know it's so easy to gain and so hard to lose, especially with life going on all around us. But remember, it's for our health, above everything else. Good for you for being ready to start over!
So sorry to hear that you've had a regain and been too busy to take good care of yourself.
But, just as you lost weight, you lose it again. You know what to do---eat right, move to burn calories and build muscle. It will happen. A pound or two at a time, it will.
