Thursday June 9, 2011 - Weigh-in went as expected...

Well my weekly weigh-in went as expected and I am okay with that.  The scales showed I gained 2 lbs last week and I was looking for that.  Next week is going to be better and I am tracking like a manic.  I over did it a little yesterday, but I went in two my extra points for eating out yesterday.  I am allowing myself Wednesday's as my eat out day after my meeting.  I pick up something for supper on my way home and yesterday it was pizza.  I ate 2 pieces and some chicken wings and boy were they great.

No exercise yesterday due to getting home late, but I am on it tonight.  If it is not raining I am in the pool for 60 laps if it is raining I am on the wii and 30 min on Kettle ball.  I have set a goal for my weigh-in next week of at least 3 lbs so we will see how I do.

Debbie, I am so excited to see your progress. You have been doing great. Are you still doing weight watchers? For me it has been a life saver, I have loved learning how to make healthy choices. Thank you for always reading my blog.
