Monday June 6, 2011 - Eating Healthy again...

I had the best weekend with my eating that I have had in a long time.  I stayed on track all weekend and we at pretty healthy.  I fried hubby some pork chops last night, but I put my in the George Foreman.  We had Mexican corn and fresh tomatoes and cucumbers.  Tonight I am going to take some deer burger patties and put them in a hot skillet with just a little Olive oil and brown them.  I will then add some fresh mushrooms and onions and let it cook for a little while.  We will probably have some Lima beans or green beans with this.  Hubby loves fresh veggies so I will add some more tomatoes or cucumbers.

I have been swimming almost everyday last week and all weekend.  I love it and I can feel it in my legs and arms from all the laps.  I also have a pretty good tan going from it being so hot outside. The water is pretty cool though and I like that.  Tonight is kettle ball night after I swim my 60 laps and do my fitness test on the wii.  I have a pretty good routine going with the swimming and 30 min of something else after supper.  I can so something different just about every other night so I will not get board.

I loveeeee swimming, just need to do it more. Maybe i'll start doing more this summer when the weather gets warmer in England.
