My energy level is up the last couple of days and I am feeling pretty good. Busy day at home yesterday getting my treadmill set back up. I am glad to have it and my wii back in action so that I can go home today and use them. I am going to do different things every day to break up my exercise routine so I will not get board. Today I plan on getting on the wii and getting all my numbers back in order. Oh yes and I purchased a 8 lb Kettle ball while I was at Walmart yesterday so that I can start using it for a little weight training. My goal it to some form of exercise every day from playing with the wii to riding my bike. 30 min each day is my goal and I hope to be able to maintain it all week.
I had a great breakfast this morning of a bagel thin toasted with canadian bacon for 5 points. My morning snack was great and here is a picture of it so every one can see how good and healthy it was.

I will be glad when hubby's fresh tomato's come in. This would have been a zero snack, but I added the Weight Watchers string cheese for 1 point.
Lunch today was a taco salad made with left over tacos from last night. I made them with left over roast beef from the day before and they were pretty tasty.
Here are the pictures of my exercise room and I am really happy with the new floors and the color of the walls. I like natural colors, like browns and greens so it turned out well.
Have a great day and here is yesterday's food journal which is going to make this a long post.

Looks like a great place to work out!
Your food looks good, Debbie. I love the photos of the exercise room.
Love the room - can I join you??!!! :)
D
The room looks great!
Wow - now I want an exercise room, too! For some reason, I was imagining it in the basement...but look at those windows and all the space you have.
It's funny how that whole plate of food is a "zero" point snack - gives one a whole new appreciation for vegetables!
I want an exercise rooom!!! Nice!! Be careful with that 8lb kettlebell! They are no joke once you get to moving. I don't know if you have used it before but I started out with a 4lb one and was SUPER sore the next day!! Just a heads up. You can definitely do 30 minutes each day.. it will fly by! Good luck to you!
I'm happy that you have your own exercise room. So I bet more progress will be hearing from you soon then..
