Okay, here we go again it seems that weigh in comes around quicker these days. I am actually looking forward to weighing in tonight. I am hoping for a 2 lb weight loss this week, but I will take anything. I went home and walked on the treadmill yesterday even though I had a headache from hell. I made myself walk for 30 min. I felt better when I go through walking and went on the clean up my kitchen and do some laundry. That just goes to show you that exercise can make you feel better.
This post is really short today because I am so busy at work. Here is my food journal for yesterday.
