Tuesday 12-21-10 Better day today...

I want to thank all you guys for the wonderful comments yesterday concerning the death of my brother.  I did not know him very well, but it still was a tragedy.  Thanks again.

Great day on my eating and the last couple of days have been great on my exercise also.    I went home yesterday and got on the treadmill the first thing and walked for 30 min.   I am making it a point to walk through the door and change and get on the treadmill first thing.  I love having  a TV to watch and it makes the time go by really fast.  I should have a good week on my weigh in this week by my scales.  I need it to make up for last week.

I have all my presents wrapped, and I am done shopping.  I will be off Thursday at lunch until Monday so I will post Thursday and then I will be off line until Sunday when we go back to deer camp.  Hubby will be staying at deer camp next week so I will be commuting from there to work.  I do not mind so bad because I can post at night and read some of your posts.

Have a great day and believe it or not here is yesterdays food journal.  I have my camera back from the shop and it is fixed..

It's really amazing how you didn't let the bad news/grief get you with the eating. Kudos for that. And what's deer camp? A hunting trip? :)

Here's to a great coming weigh-in.

I second what PD said, you should be really proud of yourself that you didn't let personal tragedy derail your eating habits. It's so tough to stay on the straight and narrow under normal circumstances, but thrown in emotional turmoil? Forget about it. I hope you have lovely holidays; try to keep your head up.
