Sunday 12-19-20 Up with the chickens...

I have no idea what I am doing wide awake on a Sunday morning at 6 am.  I woke up at 4:30 and just could not go back to sleep.  I have so much to do and I get to thinking about it and I might as well just get up.   I have to go home today and clean my house, do laundry and wrap presents.  I am also going to get in my time on the treadmill today.   The big thing is before I go home though I have to clean this trailer up to shut it down for two weeks.  We will be at home next weekend for Christmas so we will not be down here.   Oh yeah so that means not posts from me next weekend.  I did not post yesterday, because I have company and I did not want to be rude and get on the computer.  I missed it..

I have did pretty good on my eating this weekend and when I weighed this morning it showed.  I am hoping for a 3 lb loss this week to make up for the scales staying the same last week.  I like to see at least a 1 lb drop every week.  I am in not hurry and hoping if I take it off slow it will stay off.  I did not put this much weight on overnight so I am not trying to take it off over night.  I am just trying to stay slow and steady with my weight loss.  I did get upset last week when the scales stayed the same though, but it happens sometimes so I am over it.

God people can you believe that we have 6 days to Christmas.  I hope everyone has finished their Christmas shopping and got their tree up.   I did not put up a tree, but we are going to our sons house on Christmas eve and they have a tree up.  We got to keep our grandson last Monday night for a couple of hours and it was heaven on earth for us.  He is such a sweetie and smart.  Can you tell I am a proud grandma..  All our grand kids are smart though and cute.  lol

I am without my camera this weekend and I will have it back on Monday.  I ran off and left it at work on Friday so no pictures of my food journal.  I have been bad with the pictures lately, but I have had a lot going on at work and trying to get ready for Christmas.  Work is sucking right now and I do not know how much longer he is going to be able to keep the doors open.   I already have another job lined up that I am working half days right now.  I feel like I am turned upside down at work and everything is all mixed up.  When I am working my regular job in the mornings I can not seem to get anything done, and I look up and it is time to go to lunch and start the other job.  I am trying to do in 4 hours what I was doing in 8 hours and it is not working out to good.  I know the last few weeks that I have posted several times about my job, but you peeps are my listening post.  Thanks for listening to me bitch about my job.

Well I hear hubby getting up and he is going to want coffee so I have to run.  Have a great Sunday and here is a picture of my newest granddaughter that our son just emailed us for Christmas.

You have 2 houses? wow!

Congrats on the weight loss. You are doing great! The say if you take if off slowly, it is more likely to stay off. I take weight loss any way it comes :) I did a sneak peek at the scale the morning and it showed a 3 pound GAIN! Tomorrow evening is my weigh in, so I'd better watch myself!

You job situation does sound stressful.

Finally found your blog, Debbie. I will try to read some of your previous posts to catch up with you. I'm sorry to hear about the job problems. So many people are losing their jobs and it is scary to think about it. We are pretty much living check to check and it would financially devastating for us if my husband lost his job. Thankfully, it seems pretty secure as he is the only one in the company who does what he does. He IS the IT department. I hope things work out for you and that you have a wonderful Christmas. :)
