Saturday 11-27-10 Busy day and on track..

It has been a really busy day, and I have got a lot done.  I have still have my cold and it is catching up to me so I am going to take some cold meds and go to bed shortly.  I have everything ready to go home in the morning and I am ready.   I have to go home and get everything ready to go back to work next week.  Things are not better at work and I am still concerned about my job.   I have decided if my job plays out that I am going to look for something that is not as stressful and no more than one company to manage. 

I have had a good day on my eating so far and beyond the cough drops I have done great.  Let me tell you about calories and cough drops they are eat up.  I found out they have about 10 calories each.  I have taken a whole bag and then I find this out.  OMG...   I was feeling so bad and my throat was so sore that I did not even think about it.  Now I know to look at everything cause it will have add up in the end and count toward my daily points.  I have been really good at my food journals, but I just got a camera today and I have to figure out how to use it.  I hope to start posting my pictures tomorrow and see how they look. 

Well it is late and hubby is in the bed so I am going to cut it short and say goodnight...
