Monday 11-29-10 Feeling better..

Boy am I feeling better today then I have all week.  The cold is getting better and I just had a turkey sandwich and some chicken broth for lunch.  I am doing great on my points for today and I should have a good weigh in this week.  I got on the treadmill when I got home yesterday and walked for 30 min so one day of walking down.  Today I am going to try and get 30 min on the wii and 30 min on the treadmill.  We will see how it goes.

This is the week that Weight Watchers changes the program on us so I am a little worried about that.  I have been looking into it on line and it changes a good bit.  We will still count points, but things like fruit and most veggies are going to be zero points.  So stay tuned to see how I like it. 

I had a really great NSV today and I thought I would share it.  I ordered a coat from Woman Within and I ordered a 1X and thought that it might be a little tight when I got it.  Nope it is to big.. DID YOU HEAR ME... TO BIG...  I could not believe it so back it goes.  I was surprised, but upset at the same time cause I have been waiting on the coat to get here since October and now it will not fit.  Oh well I will just make do with the one I have and it is also way to big.    Next year I would like to have a leather coat that fits really well in maybe a size 16???  We will see.
