Yes it is that day again, when I have to face the big old bad scales. I am hoping for 2 lbs this week as always. So far I have lost at least 1 lb a week except for one week where I stayed the same. If I have lost at least a lb this week my points will drop by one. This will be my 14th week so lets hope for a good weigh in. I have finished cleaning out my middle bedroom closet and it looks like a tornado blew through it. I have a stack of give away clothes that are way to big and I still have a lot that are to small. The greatest thing is I have a whole lot that fit and I now have a new wardrobe and did not spend any money. Hubby ask me did you buy new clothes and I said nope. He did look at me funny though and ask for the check book.. lol.. I am going to have hubby take some pictures of me in some of them just for fun and post them.
I am doing great on my eating and the best I have ever done on writing it down. I wish I could say the same for exercising. I have got to find the time to get some exercise in this week so I can meet my goals. I may have to start walking on my lunch hour since it has cooled off some here. I usually just sit at my desk and eat my lunch and try and do a short post on my blog.
