Now for the fun part. I got my treadmill home and installed in my workout room. I am in love with a machine people. This thing is great.. I can hook it to my TV or my VCR and put in an iFit DVD and it will control the machine and do different workouts. I am not to that point yet, but when I am it will be great. I walked last night for 30 min which is 3 times around the little race track that is shows you. So I walked 3/4 of a mile last night and I got up at 4:30 this morning and did it again. I am going to try and walk at least 5 days a week. We will start being gone on the weekends in a couple of weeks to deer camp and this will go on until Feb of next year. So I will have to walk outside at deer camp.
Here are some pictures of it. I had a hard time taking them because this is a small room.
Not to bad for the $150.00 I paid for it. Here is my food journal for yesterday.

Dont let the weigh in discourage you. You are doing great!!
So... I am going to start walking on my treadmill. It just has to be done. :)
You gained 7 pounds !! Congrats again on the baby
I think the treadmill will make a difference in next week's weigh-in, and especially until the "new" wears off. It looks as if you really got a lot for your $150 investment. Be careful, though!
Looks like a great treadmill!! Never fear i have no doubt that your going to have a great week.
Killer deal on the treadmill!!!
Awesome deal on the treadmill, you won't regret one red cent of the money you've spent. I LOVE my treadmill. Living in Canada it's almost a necessity to have one for the really harsh winter weather because there are treadmills at the gym and you can run or walk outside, but why bother when you really don't have too! I bought my treadmill 2nd hand as well and I'll never regret having it... haven't used it much this summer, but I used it at least 3 times a week in the winter. I'm still very nervous to run outside, in the dark, by myself in the winter... too many obstacles, so the treadmill is a way to go. Keep up the great work Debbie! Staying the same is just your body moving some weight around into muscle... the more muscle you build, the better you'll loose weight :D
