Wednesday - Weigh in day #2

Today is my second weigh in and I am hoping for at least a 2 lb loss.  Everyone keep there fingers crossed.  I feel like I have done really well and I have stayed on course so it should be okay.   I went home yesterday and cleaned my pool and swam for 30 mins.  I also got on the wii for about 15 min just to do my body test.   It told me that my wii age was 32, so I am getting in better shape.  When I reach 260 lbs again I am going to post a picture.  I thought maybe a picture every 20 lbs or every 10 lbs.  What does every one else do?  How often do you take a progress picture?   I would really like some comments on this.

The water has been hard for me to learn to drink, but since I have been down to one coke a day I am feeling better.  I found that I love water and really enjoy it first thing in the morning.  Anything with sugar in it is so sweet now that I can not drink it.   My biggest test is going to be Thursday night we are going over to my mothers to eat supper.  I am going to have to find out what she is cooking and figure the points or just eat small portions.  My mother is a good cook and she does really well on fresh veggies.

I did my stretching last night before I got on the wii.  I got down on the floor and stretched my legs and arms.  Getting down was easy, and I was worried about getting up.   Guess what I got right up off that floor with no problem.  It is getting easier to get up and down.  I can even bend over and tie my shoe.   One of my goals is to have my success published in the Weight Watchers magazine when I lose all of my weight.  Right now I am taking it 5 lbs at a time.

Okay here is my food diary for yesterday.  Everyone look over it while I go and read some posts.  Have a nice day.

I read somewhere once that you have to lose 10% or more of your body weight before it's noticeable. I started out close to 280 so I figured I'd update my picture when I lost 30 pounds or else when people who don't know I'm losing weight start to comment to me about noticing.

Getting up off the floor more easily is the greatest! Congrats!

Don't you love it when you get up off the floor without help? I had an ah-ha moment when I bent at the waist for the first time in years. It was like "OOOhhh that's how that works"!
I forget to take progress pictures. So I'm the wrong one to ask. Typically I just measure my progress by the bagginess of my jeans.
Fingers and Toes are crossed for your weigh-in!
