Down another 1.5 lbs.

Yes, Yes, Yes, I have lost another 1.5 lbs this week.  I am trying really hard to get healthy.  This is the hardest battle I have every fought.   I write down everything I eat or drink and sometimes it would be nice to just eat without having to think about it.   Oh well.


I tried my new wii stuff this weekend and it was a good workout.  I am now on a schedule of sorts.  I swim just about every night after I work out,  wii on Monday, Wed, Friday and at least once on the weekend.  Zumba Tuesday and Thursday and at least once on the weekend.  Mostly on Sunday I just swim or walk if the heat lets me that is.  It was 99 here in the shade yesterday.   One of the benefits of living in Mississippi I guess.   Now with all this exercise you would think I would lose 10 lbs a week.  I have lost a lot of inches though and I feel better.  I also go to Curves on my lunch hour a couple of times a week or more if I have time.    I find that I love to exercise and if I skip a couple of days I find my self craving it.  Funny huh..

Overall I have had a terrific week, done great on my eating and I lost 1.5 lbs.  Slow but sure it seems to be coming off.  My clothes are fitting better and I move easier these days.  I do not feel 50 almost 51 this month so that's a plus.

Here are some pics of my wii stuff for everyone to see what I received when I got my new wii work out toys..  These pics are kind of blurry, I took them without my glasses on this morning.



I will let everyone know how it works out after I use it a few times.  This is the TV I use just for my wii.  It is not hook to anything else, but a DVD player for my Zumba stuff.   Everyone have a nice day and I am off to catch up on some posts..

Way cool on another loss for you. Seems like you have that Wii struggling to keep up with you :-)

Great loss!! I am envious that you enjoy exercise so much, lol! I hope to get there one day myself, I can't even get up the desire to exercise 1 or 2 days a week! Gotta work on that!

Wow. Congrats! I also just lost another 1.5 lbs and since reading your post I was pretty bummed out about it, as Ive been losing an average of 3lbs a week but you just lifted my spirits, thank you. I cant afford to get a Wii or go to the Gym and have barely put in any exercise at all but I need to just get motivated and do it. You and I are at about the same weight and it gives me hope. I will continue to follow your journey and root you on. Its always great to not have to do this alone!

I have Wii Fit Plus but I'm always looking for something new to keep me on my toes.
