Couch Potato

I have got to start moving my body, I came home yesterday and cooked supper and then I sat on the couch and watched TV.  Now it was Star Trek night and I am a trekkie, but that is no excuse.  I got up this morning to get dressed for work and changed shirts twice because they were to tight and it is my own fault.  So my resolution from today forward is to get moving.  I am working on my exercise room and I will put pics of it on my blog this week so everyone can see how it is coming.

I have to start thinking move your body.  I also think it would make me feel better to do something.  When I get home today I am not even going in the living room.  I am going to clean my kitchen and work on my exercise room.  This room is going to become my room.   I am not a lazy person, I blame it on my job, but I really have a great job.

Here is a picture of how I feel as a couch potato.  I found this on the internet and whoever took this picture had me in mind.

Ha, ha! I like your couch potato picture! I haven't been by here in a while so I thought I would see how you were coming along. I feel like that too sometimes. I want to be lazy when I get home. It's a good motto 'move your body'. I'll have to try that. Good luck Deb.

The couch potato picture is hilarious!

I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a productive night last night, but today's a new day. Recognizing patterns and figuring out how you can make something better happen is so important. And you did that!

Good luck cleaning up tonight and getting organized. I'll check in on you tomorrow, so I hope you've got good news to report!
