Wednesday April 24, 2013 - Get a grip..

I am going to rant some today at myself about getting a grip on my eating and getting my body moving more.  I did get my extra bedroom cleaned this morning, so I am one room down getting ready for our kids to come out from Atlanta for a visit this weekend.   I am taking a vacation day Friday and I hope to get my house ready for company.  It is funny how you will let things get well lets use the word comfortable shall we.  I knew it was time to dust when I realized you could plant crops around the TV.  Well almost anyway.  So it is time for a good day of Spring house cleaning Friday, and this should give me a little exercise.

Sometimes you just get tired of dieting, and having to watch everything you eat or drink. I love Weight Watchers and it seems to work for me.  I do read up on other diets though and wonder how in the hell you would keep it all straight.  Some diets like Weight Watchers wants you to eat fruits and veggies and then other diets like The South Beach Diet says for the first week no fruit so it is very confusing to say the least.

What diet are some of you bloggers on and what has worked best for you.  I would love to hear about some of them and your success.

Have a great day.

I was a weight watcher girl for years. I now count calories using the website and corresponding app myfitnesspal.com. In essence I am eating roughly the same amount of food that they had me eating with weight watchers. I'm finding that I like the calories better becuase there is less room to cheat the system with the 'free foods' (those free foods are still calories)

From time to time I am trying different diets. When I start new diet, it is always harder for me to keep the rythm of my trainings. However, I've discovered an effective way to improve my overall well-being and increase energy for more intensive workouts. It's a dietary supplement Multipurpose High-Potency Super Nutritional Complex by Military Grade. It contains a bunch of vitamins and other natural compounds which quickly refill my energy supply. I could never expect such an outstanding result! I am full of energy, even after tough workouts. Moreover, because of more intensive trainings I am losing weight and keeping great shape.

Whatever kind of sports you are doing, it is crucial to provide your body with nutritional support. Especially after hard trainings. I've read thousands times that we don't get enough nutrients from our everyday meals. That is why, supplementation is necessary. You just have to find a high quality product. I've searched through internet, studied articles and reviews, and finally found the product for myself - Military Grade supplements. My basic criteria was natural compounds. Then, I liked the reviews, which were mostly positive, highlighting the visible effect of the product. So, I've tried them myself. Started with 1 bottle of their new post-workout product - Second Wind - and was surprised greatly! Almost no fatigue after my workouts, no muscle soreness and lots of energy throughout a day! This product is definitely worth trying.
