Tuesday June 21, 2011 - Back on-line...

We have been with out Internet at work until this afternoon, and I have been going through withdrawals.  We are back on line and I have had to get a lot caught up this afternoon.  I had a great weekend though and did good on my eating.  Supper tonight is going to be something light like a sandwich of some kind with a fresh tomato on it.  I may even just have a tomato sandwich and some soup or something. 

We went to the casino Friday night and I took some pics of the Mississippi river for everyone to see before we went in.  The water has gone down a lot now so it it not to bad.

That appears to have been a very nice and healthy weekend getaway! Swimming keeps the joints, tendons, and muscle tissue loose and limber.Intervals speed up the metabolic rate and allow you to burn calories longer in the recovery process,even while your sleeping at night!!
