Monday May 16, 2011 - Got my groove back...

Yes, yes, yes I am back on track and doing good.  I had a great breakfast this morning of a bagel thin with peanut butter and WW string cheese.  Lunch today was healthy and great.  Here is a picture of my lunch today.

Good looking lunch huh...   I do not know what in the hell got into me the last couple of months, but I think I have gotten it out of my system.  I am shooting for a really great weigh in this week and I am going to get it.   I have done really great on my eating this weekend and  I had a wedding to go to on Saturday.  My niece got married and they had BBQ and it was great, but I just got a little bit of everything and stayed on course.  I even had a small piece of cake and counted it in my points.

I am also back to posting on my blog at lunch so that I can eat my lunch in the office.  Going out to eat with the guys is not happening for me any more.  On the days that we cook at the office on the grill I am going to bring my own stuff to cook for lunch.

Okay I am off to catch up on reading some posts so have a great day..

Good for you, Debbie for getting back on track. I know it isn't easy but I bet the pay off will be great in the end. I will be wishing you a great weigh in for Wednesday. :)

Getting back on track is a great step in the right direction. Sometimes life de-rails us for a bit, but what matters is that we get back on track. Lunch looks great!

Don't you just love those grape tomatoes - and they are so sweet at this time of year.

Great job in getting back on track. I didn't know this weight loss thing required so much focus and consumed so much time. But it's worth it.
