Wednesday March 23, 2011 Weigh in day again.

Boy it seems like it comes around quicker each week.  I am actually looking forward to weighing today though and hope for a good one.  I think I have my groove back on my eating and things have settled down at home so I am back on track. 

Exercise is a different story these days and I do not seem to be getting any time got get any in.  We are settled in the new office and I just about have my exercise room painted at home and we hope to put the floor in this weekend.  I am going to start walking again in the afternoons and soon it will be swim time and I look forward to that.  I love to come home and swim each afternoon and it seems to relax me.  So I am hoping to start getting more exercise this week. 

Short post today and I am going to go and read some blogs.  Have a great day.

It does go by quickly - either that or you have more than one weigh-in day! haha

You definitely sound like your old self (ie prior to all your recent houseguests).

I love how you stood up for your needs in that whole situation...a lot of us are people pleasers who don't want anyone to get upset, so we keep it all in/eat over it.

Good for you for letting your needs be known and following through to get it done!!!
