Thursday 03-10-11 - Back on track and showed a loss.

Yes the scales were good to me last night and I lost 1 whole pound.  I am glad to be going down again and I will take 1 pound at a time.   I am back on track with my eating and posting my food journal every day, at least Monday through Friday anyway.  It really sucks not having internet at home cause I  like to post on the weekends.  Well that is what I get for living so far out in the country.   My Weight Watchers meeting was great last night and we have a bunch of new people.  I like new people cause it makes it interesting to see how they do.

We are back to just hubby and me at home and it was great.  I am going to stop and pick up a couple of steaks and cook them and some shrimp for supper tonight on the grill.  I can stock back up on all of my snacks that I can have and start cooking for just hubby and me.  I am going to be in a house cleaning mood this weekend I can feel it coming.  I can put all my stuff back in my guest bedroom and make my bed back up with my new comforter.  I packed all that up while the kids were here and I am glad I did cause they would have ruined it.

I have a new recipe for squash fries that I am going to try tonight and I will let every one know how it turns out and I will post a picture of them.  We got a flyer at the meeting last night and it had the recipe in it.  Here is yesterdays food journal and have a great day.

Just remember one pound a week leads to 53 pounds in a year, that is a huge loss! I can't wait to hear how the sqash fried sturn out. I am always looking for new veggies for me and the kids
