Monday March 28, 2011 - Great weekend now back to work.

I had a very productive weekend and got a lot done.  We went to our Deer camp on Saturday to just check on things and I picked up and cleaned up the yard while we were there.  Got in a little bit of a work out doing that of which I was glad.  Then we went home and I finished doing laundry and painting my exercise room.  I have a couple of spots to touch up when I get home, but we are ready for the floor to go down.  I managed to get in some walking on Saturday and really enjoyed it. 

On Sunday I mostly just cleaned my house and got ready to go to my niece's wedding shower.  She got a lot of really nice things and it was fun.  I did eat a small piece of the cake, but my sister had a lot of pretty healthy choices including lost of fruit that I brought.  I had prepared a fruit tray and it went over really great.  I cut up some strawberries, grapes, blackberries and a fresh watermelon and a fresh pineapple.  I came home without any so it was pretty good I guess.  I am on a watermelon kick lately and they are pretty good for early season watermelons.  I love all the zero point fruits and I am taking advantage of it. 

I am going to lose 2 lbs this week, and if you noticed I did not say hoping to I said going to.  I was going to walk at lunch today, but it was really chilly and I did not dress for it.  Stupid me wore carpi's I guess I thought it was going to be hot or something.  I am going to check the weather tonight so I will know how to dress and I am going to get my walking back in at lunch every day.  Well I have to get back to work I just wanted to get a post in since I did not get to post on Friday.  Have a great day.
