Day 4 - The Scales will tale...

Well it is that time again, time to step on the old scales.  I hope for a good weigh in, and I am looking for a 2 lb loss so we will see.  You know I always hope for a good weigh in, I guess it would be hard to think okay I am hoping I gained 5 lbs this week.  Yeah right..  lol..    My goal is to get to 150 lbs and see how I feel at that point.  I do not know if I will reach that goal in 2011 or not it is 81 lbs away so we will have to see.  If I do not reach it and only lose another 50 lbs this year that will be alright with me.  50 lbs would give me a 100 lb weight loss since I started so that would be so cool.

I went at lunch today and purchased a couple pair of jeans and a blazer.  Can you believe a blazer in a size 18.  I have not worn a blazer in years and I loved the way it looked on me.  I am going to have to have hubby take my picture in it with my new jeans.   Thanks for all the great comments yesterday on my post and I promise I will get some comments in myself this week.

I want to thank Mensa for my new blogger award and I will be passing this on this weekend.

Have a great day and here is yesterdays food journal..

Hey, great NSV - the blazer - woo hoo! Good luck with your weigh in. You won't need it though. If you're following the program you'll see a loss. And if you're following the program and you don't see a loss or a small gain it will correct itself the next week as long as you keep on it. Unfortunately the scale doesn't always tell the whole truth, but the body never lies - look at the blazer, for example.

Good luck on your weigh in. I am a new follower and have been reading your older posts and it seems like Weight Watchers is the perfect plan for you. I love how you show pictures of your food journal, it looks like you eat really good!

Certainly 81 lbs is an aggressive goal for a year. That said it is definitely doable. Many a fellow blogger have done that, even near doubled it too.

I would suggest (what I know you already know) to not look at the goal as 1 year / 81 pounds. Break it down into weekly goals where weight is concerned and daily goals where calories in/out are concerned.

Debbie, You Rock This, something else you already know :-)
