Day 3 - Treadmill Queen..

I am loving my treadmill and have been on it for the last two nights and doing great.  I walk for one lap at 2.5 miles per hour and then I speed it up for a lap and then I incline it for the last lap.  I am sweating when I am done with my 30 min.  I am walking as soon as I get home from work and then I cook supper and do some household chores.  I try and do my chores as I am cooking supper, because once I finally sat down I am through for the night.  As long as I am moving I am okay and can keep going.  I have a list of things that I am trying to get done and so I chose one major thing a night and try and get it done before I stop.  Right now I am working on cleaning up my extra bedroom and getting it organized so that I can get in it.

Okay clothes are becoming an issue for me and I am going to have to go and buy some jeans this weekend.  All my clothes are getting way to big and they look like I am wearing some one's clothes besides mine.  I have always love clothes though and I had a closet full, but everything is getting way to big for me now.  I am going to start with a couple pair of jeans from Walmart and work from there.  It is a good thing that I can wear jeans to work.

I am also starting to take vitamin D and a calcium tablet once a day.  This seems to help me feel better and help my energy stay up all day.  Well enough rambling for today.  Here is yesterday's food journal.

Have a great day..

Love that clothes too big problem. It does get expensive sometimes though. I have some clothes that I can shrink into so I'm happy about that. Good idea to get on the treadmill as soon as you get home from work. If I don't do that then it can get too late and I don't want to exercise. Keep it up, Debbi.

Sounds like exercise is being slotted into your everyday life very nicely. Well done, ma'am.

I have the clothes issue now, too, Debbie. I don't want to buy anything nice yet. I am doing as you said, buying at Wal-Mart or somewhere relatively cheap and just making it through on a few new pieces. Good job on the treadmill. It sounds as if you are organized already for the New Year!

COngrats on the new clothes. Might I suggest that you find a high end consignment shop. That way you can sell your old clothes, but still find nice new ones. It is the best of both worlds
