Day 20 - Getting smaller slowly..

Okay I do not know what it is with me and this 1 lb a week and I guess I should not complain, but damn I would like at least 2 lbs a week.  At least I am losing, but is sure is coming off slow.  I hope it gets better when I am home on the weekends and not at deer camp any more.  I think maybe I will get more exercise and it will start picking up.  I am happy with the 1 lb though and will keep on just chugging a long.  My clothes are getting way to big and I am seriously looking at getting some smaller ones before I go on my cruise in February.

I do not have a picture of my journal for yesterday I forgot my camera on the counter this morning.  I usually keep it in my purse, but I was taking some pictures of hubby and forgot it.  Really short post today because I do not have much time at work.  I hope to catch up this weekend when I get to deer camp Saturday night.  I will be at home Friday night.  Have a good day..

Congrats on the loss, Debbie! I know it can be frustrating to lose it slowly, but as you say, at least you are losing.

I am in the same boat when it comes to clothes. I keep postponing the shopping, but I imagine I would not do so if I had a cruise to go to.

Again, congrats on your weight loss. You are doing great!

Imagine how PO'ed you'd be if you had GAINED a pound. Slow & steady is best!

Always look at the bright side. It is better to have lost a pound than to have gained it. Any loss is good and should be celebrated.

Losing a pound per week will definitely get you there.

That's fabulous on the weight loss.... view mine on my blog. Losing slowly will stay off in the long term.

Enjoy every pound. I've been stuck for awhile and would love a 1 pound loss every week!!
