Wednesday 12-29-10 Bad weigh in..

I did not do so good on my weigh in today.  I had a 1 lb gain and it is all my own fault for all the nibbling that I did over Christmas.  I am back on track today though and hope to make up for it at next week weigh in.   I will be glad when this week is over and we are at home all week and down here at deer camp on the weekend.  I miss my treadmill and my wii.

Tonight's meeting was a lot of fun and we had 4 new people start tonight.  I love it when we get new people and I hope they stay.  I have seen a lot of people come and go though and I figure we will get a lot of new people for the new year.   Everyone starts a diet at the first of a new year and plans on doing really well, but most of them do not stick with it.  Losing weight is hard and not for the weak.  This is the hardest thing I have every done and takes all my will power to do it.

Well have a good night...

One pound? You did really good! I follow people who have gained 7 plus pounds over the holidays. I typicaly DONT gain over the holidays so I was not really worried about it. I gained .5 but I am also on my period!
So don't stress over the one pound that can be anything.
You will be right back where you need to be by next weeks weigh in.
Hope you enjoyed your Christmas

Out of all the Christmas gains i've seen that's really small! And i have no doubt you'll have it off before the end of the week!!

Hang in there. Treadmill and wii await around the corner and deer season will soon be over.

One pound is not devastating at all! I had a two pound gain and I am not letting it phase me AT ALL. It's nothing some extra water and shaving a few calories off your next few meals can't cure. Just keep on track, do what you know works, and you'll be fine.

And you ARE doing it. Even tiny victories are victories! I'd put that small gain behind you and move forward because you have a lot of success behind you as well. We need to focus on our successes!! Let's rock 2011 because we can do this!!

Happy New Year!!

Hang in there....sometimes a gain is what we need to get our butts in gear and remind us of what we really want. Best of luck on all of us getting where we are going on 2011

Debbie - a one pound gain during the holidays is nothing. I have no doubt you'll be down that pound & then some next WI.
