Tomorrow is my weigh in day again as most of you know and I am hoping to stay the same as last week, but I am fully expecting a gain. I have no one to blame for me but myself due to all the nibbling at Christmas and then no being able to shake if off for a couple of days. I am over it and back on track and no more nibbling for me. I have lots of fresh fruits in the house and things for my lunch everyday that will keep me on track. I have planned my lunch all week and that will help.
I am off Friday for the New Year holiday and we do not do to much just hang around deer camp and build a fire and listen to the hunters tell about the one that got away. I would love to hear how some of you spend your New Years and if you have special plans.
Well I am going to go read a few posts here is a picture of hubby and me at Christmas and a picture of my journal..

I wouldn't be surprised if the potassium in the fruit helps debloat and you show a maintain. Could happen. :)
I like the pic. You look soooooooooooooooooooooooo much slimmer than in the pic with Merlin! Wow.
Happy New Year. We tend to do stuff with family or go do some in-town sightseeing--or we just sleep. Hard to tell ahead of time as it depends on how late we stay up NYEve and how nice the weather is if we wanna go see something around town. Either way, it's nice to JUST hang out with hubby, right?
Hey...thanks for your sweet comment!! By the way, I can tell that you've made lots of progress! You look GREAT!!
Awwwww you guys are soooo cute :)
I go back to work New Years Eve but i'm off by 8 so i'll go home and have a glass of bubbly with the hubster!
Doesn't it feel good to see the change from your photos? You are really slimming down. I remember your 1st blog post about starting WW and it wasn't that long ago. You have come so far. smile
You look great in that pic, Debbie. New Year's Eve? Watch the ball drop with a glass of champagne, then watch bowl games on New Year's Day. Take a little walk at halftimes, too, weather permitting.
Glad you're feeling better, Debbie. Awesome picture. You look great!
Handsome couple! I didn't do well on Christmas, but I logged and moved on. I'm not gonna cry over spilled milk. I have done so well in almost two years, as well as my husband. I think one day didn't hurt us and I think everyone needs to eat something they may have craved once so they can move on to the next path in their journey.
Hope the weigh in goes well. Enjoy deer camp. Not sure if we are getting out again this year, gun season goes through Jan 9th in WI, all depends on how much i wish to brave the cold.
