Thursday 11-11-10 Dropped another 2 lbs and Happy Veterans day.

Happy scales again people, I lost another 2 lbs when I weighed last night.  I am within 11 lbs of my 60 lb goal by Christmas.  I am actually beginning to believe that I am going to make it.  I can see light at the end of the tunnel now.   When I make my first goal of 60 lbs gone, I am going to set another goal to meet by my anniversary on April 10th, 2011.  I have not decided what it is going to be yet, but I will before I reach my goal at Christmas.   I am really proud of how I have done on this journey since I joined Weight Watchers in July of this year.  I am in week 20 and I have not had one gain the whole time.  Give myself a little pat on the back...

Clothes are now becoming a problem, because I have lots of clothes that are getting way to big.  I have cleaned out both closets and I have 3 pair of jeans that fit and several that are really loose.  Tops are getting where they hang off of my shoulders so I am going through some of them as well.  I am now in a 1x top from a 4x so that is pretty good.  I am still feeling great and have lots of energy so everything is good.

On another note I would like to wish all the Veterans out there a Happy Veteran's day.

Yesterday's eating was great even though I had to get take out.   I am looking for healthy alternatives on Wednesday night since hubby cooking did not last very long.   I am surprised that it lasted as long as it did.   I am also keeping a glass of water on my desk all day long to get my water in.  So far I am doing really great with this and other than having to go pee 15 times a day it is great.   Today's post is going to be kind of long and I was wondering if all you Weight Watcher members are concerned about the changes that are coming after Thanksgiving.  We were told at the meeting last night that everything is going to change and that we would be getting new materials at our meeting after Thanksgiving.  I am kind of upset because this is working so good for me and I am not sure that I want a major change.  I am just going to have to wait and see what the changes are I guess.

Here is yesterdays food journal..

Amazing streak! No loss in 20 weeks is awesome. Congrats!

Can't you just continue the current plan if you happen to not like the new one?

Wow Debbie, you are doing fantastic. I didn't realize you had only joined in July....wow is all I have to say!

I am not really too worried about the changes. I think they will be more like tweeks, than totally revamping the program ( and it really wouldn't make much sense doing that would it) I believe they are going to focus on eating REAL foods rather than the processed stuff and rearranging point values for things like fruits and veggies...but I am not entirely certain, since WW seems to be so hush hush about it. Something to do with what they are doing in UK right now. Propoints....hmmmm...maybe I will google it.

Anyway....keep up the great inspiring work!!

well...ok...I found this article about the Pro points, and I am assuming this is what the changes are going to be about. Its a pretty good read.

Congrats on your amazing weight loss..I have stopped and started WW so many times over the years. This last time when i got sick of the point counting I went to calorie counting and it seems to be what works for me. I am more of a visual person. The weight loss has been slow going but I am getting there. Feel free to stop by my blog. I am looking for all the support I can get. I want to make it this time !http://reneasskinnylove.blogspot.com/
