Another one bites the dust, yep I lost another lb this week. I am in the 230's can you guys believe it. Okay I weigh 239.2 but I am there and now I can work toward the 220's.. This is a really short post today, because I have to leave for my yearly checkup at the doctor's. I will catch up tomorrow, but I wanted everyone to know how I did on my weigh in last night..
