Wednesday 09-15-10 No binge yesterday...

Yahooooo and thanks for all the support yesterday.  I did not give in to Mr. bad ass binge yesterday.  I went home and yes I was hungry when I walked through the door.  I fixed myself a cup of watermelon and that was all I had until we had supper.  Supper consisted of grilled fish, which I wrapped in tin foil and sprayed with olive oil spray and put Mrs. Dash on it an put on the grill.  I had 4 ounces of fish and a large green salad.  It was not easy though I had to beat Mr. binge back with a hammer, but I did it.   Stress is not an easy thing to deal with, and I understand how people over eat when dealing with it. 

Today I am having a turkey sandwich with my lite chips for lunch.  I am trying to keep my points down really low until tonight.  Hubby is doing supper because today is weigh-in day again...  He is going to go and get Chinese, and I had him get me a small beef fried rice.  This is more than enough and will keep me in my point range.  I am completely off of diet cokes as everyone can see I ran out and I am not buying anymore.  Water, Water, Water and that's all I am drinking.  Lets hope the scales tell the tale this afternoon.  I am hoping for 2 lbs as always, but will be just as excited with 1 lb.   If I can lose 1 lb a week that will give me my 20 lbs for my challenge by Christmas.  1 lb will also give me another star in Weight Watchers.  One more 5 lb goal reached and working on the next. 

My exercise has been slack this week due to time.  I know I should really make the time, but 10 hour days and driving to work is wearing me out.  I will be glad when everything picks back up and we can hire some full time help.  Lorie my walking buddy is back helping me out part time, but it is still tough.    I will try and get back on track with my exercising when we get back from Georgia.  We will be on the road all day Friday and will be back home on Sunday.  I am taking my laptop so maybe I can post while I am there.

That's the way to show who's in charge. I know you'll find success at the scale. BTW how many points in your fried rice. We have Chinese every Friday and it doesn't hurt my program but I was wondering how many points. I was guessing 10 ... am I high or low. Mine is chicken.
