Breakfast seems to be my biggest point meal, and I know this is because I have to be able to eat whatever it is driving. That's why you will see the bagels, or waffles a lot on my journal for breakfast. I would love to eat a cup of watermelon or even cantaloupe for breakfast but it is not happening. I do like the omelet sandwich that I make and it is easy and within my points, but I get tired of the same thing all the time. I do tend to eat the same thing for a few days if I like it pretty good.
The one thing I have not done since I have been losing weight is to measure my body. I probably should have so I would know how many inches I have lost, but I did not do it. I can tell in my clothes and shoes even. I thought that was funny that I actually have lost a shoe size more or less. All my shoes are now really loose on my feet. I suppose this is a good thing, but I will have to just put some socks on and wear them this winter. Money is becoming a tight thing in our house right now.
Well I am going to go read and see what everyone else is posting about.

I used to have to eat while driving, and I don't know if you like them or not, but one of my favorite things to take along was boiled eggs. I also would take left over grilled chicken breast and slice it into finger shapes and take those along, or a cheese stick. I guess you can tell I'm a protein eater, lol!! Anyway, I also would take melons and chunk them into bite size pieces and put them in a coffee mug in the cup holder in my car to eat with the protein....or a banana or apple. Just a couple ideas to change up the breakfast routine....
:) Breakfast is usually my biggest meal and i'm not driving! Seriously i do a lot better when i start my day with a good brekkie.
Can't wait to hear how your weigh in goes.
My feet are getting smaller, too. It's a welcome change in my case as I have wide feet and love to see them getting smaller. Good luck on the weigh in!
Yes, measure your body. You'll be so happy you did especially when you lose the weight you intend to and have that comparison.
