Walking before Daylight

I have decided to take up my walking again, but I will have to do it before the sun comes up in the Morning.  The temp here yesterday was 105 so it is hot as hell and to hot to walk.  I am going to set my clock for 4:30 and walk for 30 min and come in and take a shower before I go to work.  I am not a morning person so this is going to be hard for me to do, but I miss my walking.   I am hoping to start doing my 5k's again in Sept when the weather cools off.

I had a busy day at work yesterday and went home and worked out on my wii for 30 min and then cook supper.  I am really enjoying my George Foreman grill and I cooked my pork loin on it last night and fried my husbands.  It is just one of the small ones, but it sure is handy to have when you are on a diet.  I have to have two of everything so that I can have on at the deer camp for this winter.  My sister gave me another George Foreman so I now have two.

Weight Watchers seems to be working okay for me and I am staying within my points and trying to use them all up.  I do better when I use all my points and I got this hint from Diane over at Diane's Weight lost Journey.  She is also on Weight Watchers and has a great blog on Weight Watcher tips.  Using all my points has helped and I think I will see a bigger loss this week instead of just 1 lbs.

Okay here is yesterdays food journal and a picture of supper last night.  It was great.  I had 4 oz of pork loin and some Green Giant Healthy heart mix veggies and a fresh tomato out of my garden.

What are you playing at on the Wii?

You're doing such a great job of writing everything down. Something that I don't have in me but it works for thousands of people. You go girl!

105 degrees, YUCK! That sounds awful! I heard about the heat wave hitting the central/southern part of the USA.

I'm totally jealous of your George Forman. I need to invest in one this fall...but I want a good one that I can put into the dish washer for easy cleanup. They're expensive!

Happy Tuesday to you!

I love that you take pics of your food. My life is a little crazy right now, so I don't have time to post mine. Maybe in the future.
